Not true, I ate more food on keto and lost weight. I increased my diet by about 200-500 calories a day. The food I ate was different.

So people losing weight by doing any kind of diet is ok. But if they don't with low carb high fat they are crazy. That's reasonable.

learn the calories in food you eat. i used fitness pal app to track. awareness helped balance. i still ate junk, just rationed calories.

Great post. I found using MyFitnessPal to be a great tool/app to track how I am doing. Takes some time, but it has worked well for me.
