Sort of, you would do more,faster compressions similar to humans. Small puffs into nose like he did. Honestly, any is better than none!

Uh. No. Both are needed. Rescue breathing is part of CPR. You don't need to do it anywhere near the 2:60/2:30 rates they teach, but it IS /2

needed. 2:120 is probably more about the ratio, but most people couldn't keep up 120 compressions without a break. It's why it's 60 or 30.
