You need to spray contact adhesive on the cardboard and the foam and let it dry before sticking them together for a strong bond. I made the same mistake and stuck them together before it was dry. I don't think it matters too much if for sticking to a wall but the ones I stuck on the ceiling fell down.

Why is it so expensive :( I already spent enough money

Curious, was one command strip per tile enough on the long term? Or would you recommend using more just to be sure?

Great stuff. And that is a definitely cool way to do it. But it is also very expensive. Those command strips are kind of pricey especially if you're going to do an entire room with the stuff.

Or you could just use T-pins through the foam and into the wall. Cheaper, easier and with one coat of paint the pinholes are gone. No glue residue from the adhesive strips and those things aren’t cheap.

Great idea. I imagine the same can be done with Bristol board instead of cardboard?

https://www.kelmatt.com.au/product/wall-padding/ You may think, why should I spend money on wall padding services? Well, the home mould is tied in with making the home progressively welcome for those living there, and that incorporates the room. Cushioned headboards are great home increases that can clearly propel the adorableness of our room.

Anybody have any insight regarding weather or not i should attach multiple pieces at once to the same piece of cardboard instead of individually going piece by piece as demonstrated above?

wow cool video bro. I'm totally covered in acoustic foam now so that I can sneak around and terrorize my blind cousin and he doesn't know where I am. Shit's funny as fuck, I've got him thinking that he's developing schizophrenia now lmao. Glad this dude with a bigass head was able to teach me how to glue cardboard to foam and put stickers on it and it only took 6 minutes. I would've thought that the video would be edited smarter because that big head of yours must be able to fit a lot of knowledge in it. Thanks for the video DJ Reminisce, can't wait for your new album which is entirely funded by the illuminati to drop.

Is the cardboard really necessary? I mean, you can attach the foams directly. I doubt the sticky bands will "destroy" your walls. Really exaggerating there. If anything happens you just re-paint the small spots with very little paint and that's it.
And besides, those foams are gonna stay there for at least 5 years in my case. I don't care about my walls as they're made of bricks, covered with cast (plaster).

I wish I would have read the comments before I got my shipment.. I just bought all these foam and I was going to follow your video (wich is great btw) and mount them up. But then I look and they are made of environmentally polyurethane foam. Would you recommend me not to mount these on my walls? thanks
