Thank you so much for your video...I have been able to shorten my most recent Afib events!  Once they begin they can last 3-5 hours.  I have been able to bring my heart back into rhythm within an hour to sometimes 20 mins...without any medication :)  thank you so much!!!!!

5:30 `I don't know if... but that's what they say'. I tend to trust people who are clear about what they say more than the ones who pretend they know it all.

Thank you!

The pressure should be the weight of a nickel, try it while breathing

Nothing new or discovered here.
Check the real yoga roots they knew about it since thousands of years.
It's just explained in a modern way here.
It's all good, just want to note that it's known since long time.
Check some yoga moves taking care about it.
Peace ✌🏾😀

This made me take a big deep involuntary breath and just feels good in general ... But I'll be most interested in seeing if it has any impact on the hyper-arousal symptoms of Complex PTSD, or on discharging unwanted fight/flight energy from the body. Thank you!

I found it strangly arousing to watch this lady tracing the path of her vagus nerve. The exercises described were subtlety useful. Seems like it freed up my breathing or maybe it was suggestion since she had mentioned it. Hmmmm

My left vagus nerve was cut during the removal of a Vagus Nerve Stimulator in May of 2013. It was implanted and removed by the Medical University of South Carolina. My heart stops many times a day. My lungs have been affected in a terrible way, along with my GI system and many organs. There is no way to repair or reverse the damage done and I feel that my life could end any day. If you want to see what this has done to me you can visit a Facebook page I have dedicated to what a hospital will do to cover themselves from suit and they have refused to see me since the botched surgery. I hope this has not happened to you. Here is the page link : https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100010663113261   . Good Luck

I got a little light headed when I did the first exercise. Also felt my breathing open a little more. Thx.
