certain food preservatives, additives and colorings should be avoided while cooking food. Eating fruits and vegetables and a high fiber diet is considered beneficial in urticaria. Foods that cause constipation like refined foods should also be avoided. Also, smoky, fermented and spicy should not given to the patient as these may worsen the situation.
