Add passive states to your game! They can be innate to actors, classes, appear when a piece of equipment is worn, or after an actor learns a skill! Having a passive state increase gameplay depth by a lot!

Thank you again Yanfly, I was able to use this plugin to add a HP Regeneration state to the player that deactivates whenever he/she is at 100%hp.

Is there any way to make it so one instance of a class/item present makes the whole party afflicted with the state?
for example, while you have X in your party, every ally gains +20 defense.

Has anyone had any trouble with this plugin since updating rpg maker mv and yanfly's plugins? I had these auto passive states working perfectly beforehand but now it isn't.

On your site you have state notetags. Example (<Passive Condition: HP Below x%>). Where do you put them to make them work? No matter where I put it, the passive is on at the start of the battle.

I use and is rlly good...but one default. Dont have Passive leaders. For exemple : Heroes A have a leader passive Up 20percent hp for all allies ...or up 20 percent Damage to all allies... I have a project to create a captcha game like fire emblem or dokkan battle.

Hey I love that plugin ! But I wonder if I can debuff the ennemies by just enter a battle ? I tried to make a new State that decrese ATK by 33% but I only can debuff myself, I can't seem to debuff the ennemies. If anyone knows how to do such a thing it would be very appreciated ! Thanks guys !

is there a way to add a passive state directly to an actor in game? for example the actor starts the game without the passive state but later after an event happens they gain the passive state.

Hello, I have question..
I want to use a condition with Actor variables, when actor variables x above y that passive state appear.
I used:
<Passive Condition: Variable x Above y>
<Passive Condition: Variable x Below y>
Replace x with the variable you wish to check to see if it’s above/below y, then the condition is met for the passive state to appear.
But it does not work....

First of all...thank you for all your contribution to the RPG Makers' Community.

Well...I was looking for a passive that is activated once a TYPE of weapon is equiped. For example, to be more accurate: 2H Sword Mastery => Your Critical Rate is increased by 10% when you equip a 2H Sword. How can I make a passive like that?

Btw...I'm also looking for damage reflection which is triggered against PHYSICAL attacks, instead MAGIC ones, which is default on MV. Another kind of "reflection" I was looking is something of which the damage is flat or scaled upon an attribute (Def, MDef, Atk, MAtk, Lvl...). Any idea?

Hello Yanfly! I have a skill for my character called "hand to hand combat" which is a passive skill that checks if a character has an equipped weapon or not. if not, the character's atk will be doubled... question is, how do i do that? :D

Thanks for the plugin. I am trying to make a passive skill (for example: If you learn the skill, you passively get +5% crit chance). And I can't get it to work.I think it's because you can only use it that way on weapons and armors :(. Is it possible to do it with skills? Would be awesome!

Hi, I've been using a few passive states such as MP regen and HP regen. I am also using the ctb battle system and have come across a glitch where if someone is paralyzed then the effect of the regen is applied over and over in the time that no character is attacking and the game is processing who's move is next. is there any sort of fix for this? thanks.

Passive States on Learned Skills is probably one of the biggest things I've wanted in VX Ace that never quite worked like I wanted regardless of the scripts I tried, so this is exciting.

Also, I suppose the "If an equipped item teaches a skill, they wont get the passive that skill would've granted if naturally learned" isn't a total loss. You could still always just give the Equipped Item the Passives that skill would've provided, so at least there's that workaround.

With that plugin, we can easily make Guardian Helmet from Chrono Trigger.
Just add passive (Protect) to helmet.
