The apple peeler is excellent. We have it ourselves and you can make an apple pie or apple sauce very quickly.
The cherry pitter looks to have potential.

The herb stripper is better used if you put the stem the other way around. The banana slicer, cherry pitter and pealer is perfect if you have a smoothie or pie business. The pizza scissors is shit. I agree with that much.

Why are you using almost everything of that wrong? First gadegt - wrong side, second - maybe turn round the herbs, so that it will come off easily? third - its not useless at all. Please make cherry jam without that thing it so much faster and easier, fourth - no words, fifth - you are not supposed to hold the pizza while cutting, that what it made for....This video is so annoying to watch, thumbs down

The apple peeler is an old Yankee invention and it is great if you have a bushel of apples to peel.

We use our apple peeler to make apple sauce every few months and more so when they are locally in season. 12 apples (4 granny 8 sweet), cinnamon (bit of clove and nutmeg are also options), 2C brown sugar, 1 cup crown royal apple (half at start half at end), few Tbsp butter, cook until mush and hit it with a stick blender until desired consistency. If it is not tart enough add some lemon juice. Makes 2-3 mason jars worth. Great as a side or with some granola and ice cream as a dessert. On a side note.... damm they did no adjusting on the peeler. It was gouging those apples.

That was a bad apple peeler, it took off like a quarter of the apple along with the peel.

Had that apple peeler in green in my house since I was a kid. Use it all the time to make spiral apples for pies and dehydrating, peeled and spiral potato chips, you name it.

Cherry picker machine thing (don't recall proper name mentioned in the video) is very common Poland. It is commonly used to process large quantities of cheries for making bewerages or jams. (it is commonly called drylownica and it's design differs slightly)

I have to pit many, many cherries every year. The cherry pitter is a godsend.
I don't do as many apples, but if I did more canning it would also be a non-negotiable necessity.
The fact that you guys don't do canning or make pies out of fresh cherries is a limitation on your experience, not the equipment.

The apple peeler is super useful for canning applesauce. The cherry pitter is also useful when canning cherries. Also, cherry pitters are amazing when you're preparing cherries for little kids to eat. Way better than digging it out with your fingers.

I own an apple peeler, corer, slicer and it's great for making apple pie. I sometimes think what I should be eating for breakfast is diced apples, yogurt, and granola. I've also made homemade applesauce a couple of times.

The apple peeler/corer/slicer is actually based on a design from the 19th century that worked almost the same way, though the antique models I've seen didn't slice.

You're doing it wrong...

1) Banana slicer (obviously).
2) Herb thingy. Try putting the herb through the hole from the other end of the twig.

I think they used a couple of these gadgets incorrectly (they used the herb thingy backwards and the banana slicer upside down).

It all depends how much usage you will get out of the gadgets and how much cupboard space you can spare. We eat apples raw with the skin on. Do an apple pie maybe once every two years, so that is definitely useless to me. To somebody else, it might be a total God-sent. Same with the other stuff.

The cherry pitter is great if you’re going to make a pie with fresh cherries. Not sure it’s worth pitting them for a snack, but when you’re making something with the cherries it’s awesome 😎
